We document each area, agree on the exact tasks and frequencies, and build a written scope your staff and ours both work from. Programs run daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, and can combine recurring janitorial work with periodic carpet cleaning, floor stripping, waxing and buffing, pressure washing and hardscape restoration.
Pricing depends on square footage, floor types, restroom count, traffic levels and how often you need service. Because of that we quote from the walkthrough rather than a generic rate sheet, so you only pay for the tasks on your checklist. Quotes and walkthroughs are free, and there is no long lock-in required to start.
